4 oz Sam Adams Boston Lager
1 t Bacon, onion, and dijon mustard mixture
3 shakes Tabasco sauce
pinch Fresh ground pepper
5 oz Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Add beer to pot and heat.
  2. Add half cheese and other ingredients.
  3. Stir until melting, then add remaining cheese.
