Rub

1/2 t Coriander
1/4 t Cayan Pepper
1 t Salt

Marinade

1 C Yogurt
1 T Ginger, grated
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 T Vegetable oil

Sauce

1 C Onion, minced
3 T Vegetable oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 t Ginger, grated
1 T Tomato paste
1 T Masala
1 Cerano Chili
28 Oz Crushed Tomatoes
2 t Sugar
1/2 t Salt
2/3 C Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine rub ingredients and rub on chicken. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine marinade ingredients and let rest.
  3. Fry onion in oil until translucent (8 minutes).
  4. Add garlic, ginger, tomato paste, masala, and chilli and fry until fragrant (3 minutes).
  5. Add tomatos, sugar, and salt, and allow sauce to simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Coat chicken in yogurt blend, and broil 10-18 minutes, flipping half-way through, until internel temperature reaches 160F.
  7. Rest chicken 5 minutes.
  8. Cut chicken into 1” cubes and add to sauce.
